A.         CASE NO. 75-03:  LOUIS RINALDI for an Interpretation for the allowance of Special Trade Contractor Use in the HC Zone on property located at 445 Yorktown Road (Rte. 129).

 

4.                RESERVE DECISION

 

            A.         CASE NO. 71-03:  B C DEVELOPMENT CO. LLC for Area Variance for off-street parking requirements for funeral establishment on property located at 2055 Albany Post Road.

 

5.                ADJOURNED PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

A.  CASE NO. 65-03:  GLENN J. GRIFFIN for Area Variances to allow construction of a detached garage in the front yard on property located at 13 Fowler Avenue.

 

B.         CASE NO. 67-03:  MARK KRONENBERG & CLAIRE LAPHAM     for Area Variances to allow an in-ground pool as an accessory structure, with no dwelling on the property and a side yard variance for same, on property located at 4 Foster Court, Croton-on-Hudson.

 

5.         NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

A.                  CASE NO. 03-04:  DANIEL and NANCY DEL MONTE for Area Variances to allow a 2-car detached garage in the front yard and a Variance in the side yard from 4 feet down to 1 foot and a Variance in the rear yard for a proposed addition on property located at 4 Hollowbrook Court.

 

B. CASE NO. 04-04:  RICHARD BERGES for an Interpretation as to whether the height of an accessory residential building, as limited by the Town Zoning Ordinance, is affected by the relationship of the finished floor to the grade and Area Variances as to height of an accessory residential building (utility shed) on property located at 22 High Road, Montrose.

 

C.  CASE NO. 05-04:  ROSEMARY BOYLE and DENNIS LASHER for Area Variances in the front and side yards for a proposed one-family residence on property located at 198 Seventh Street, Verplanck.
